Somewhere lost in the void between universes, there lies a hotel. A modern looking building with a big lit up sign stands tall in the middle of what appears to be empty space itself. It reaches up impossibly tall without an end in sight, reaching high into the non-existent sky. The inside seems even larger and grander than the outside, with a great welcoming hall set with plenty of places to sit and house dozens of people. A receptionist desk greets you and you will find entertainment and necessities in the rooms surrounding. An elevator will bring you to the rooms above. The second floor houses a set of never-ending rooms where visitors already have names labeled on them as if they had always been there. Additional floors are labeled or lead to destinations soon to be found out. The hotel is also staffed with humanoid creatures who are masters of being there when needed. If you ask for something, it's likely that a staff member is already standing with it just out of your line of sight before the words have finished leaving your mouth. They're quiet folk that all seem to carry ONE distinguishing facial feature, being a nose, a mouth, or a set of pincers unlike you strange messes. The Limbo Hotel is a unique place that travels through space and time, stopping at all kinds of locations. No one knows why or even why it exists. The only ones who could say would be the gods in power, but they (of course) aren't available to leave a comment right now. So we hope you enjoy your stay because who can say how long you'll be here. Receptionist: Hello, and welcome to the Limbo Hotel.

Hotel MapThe LobbyThe lobby is where the main activity in the hotel happens. Visitors may explore as they please, relax in the various rooms, or socialize with the other strange beings currently residing here. There appears to be no current events on the notice board!
In The Lobby, there is a notice board with various notes on it. Occasionally, a message from the owners themselves appears here, offering challenges, games, or maybe they just want to say hi. There is also a large note listing the rules of the hotel, which... strangely enough appears to change every so often. RULES
- Do not kill the other visitors
- Do not torture the other visitors either, yikes
- Intimacy is cool and all, but keep it PG-13
- THAT MEANS YOU, BUTCH
- ...Uh, more to come, I guess
(all rules are subject to spontaneous change at the whims of the creators, by reading this you agree not to sue us should you get killed or otherwise injured during your time spent in our establishment. Have a good day and make sure to rate us on Yelp!) Other Bottom Floor Rooms (will be updated as rooms are discovered) The Kitchen
The warmth from the kitchen hits you as soon as you open the door. The smells hits you just as fast, with pots full of stews and soups covering the various stoves, ovens full of meats and vegetables cooking, and frying pans full of everything from pancakes to bacon. Surprisingly, for such a large hotel, there is only one staff member, amusingly dressed in an apron on top of their usual suit. They do not move from their station, but you can't help but notice that every time you look away, they are in the different place, despite never seeing them walk anywhere. Dining RoomWhen the door to the Dining room is opened, the first thing you notice in the large, empty room is the two long dining tables with very many chairs. The ceiling is raised high with a large chandelier, giving a pleasant yellow light to the whole place. On the far wall, there is a salad bar with some expected ingredients available and some... strange ones. Is that container full of dead frogs??? The staff are ready to fetch your every order. Just ask and they will get you anything whether it be a burger or the fermented head of a dingo. Don't ask where they get this stuff. They won't tell you. The BarBeyond the curtain, you find a dimly lit bar. Quiet music plays in the background as two staff members greet you. They're both fairly similar, with sliced up, segmented heads. Maybe they're siblings? If there's a way to ask, you haven't figured it out yet. Alcoholic or no, the bartender will happily serve you whatever drink you request, free of charge. (There is a tip jar, though.) There doesn't seem to be any limit to this; provided it is in liquid form, they seem to be able to conjure up the most impossible things, from crystal pepsi to molten lava. Order at your own risk. LoungeThe lounge is a nice area if you're looking for a place to relax. There are a lot of comfortable places to sit and the roaring fire in the fireplace gives nice atmosphere to the room. There is a self with some reading material if you're looking to cozy up on your own or a nice sitting area if you want to socialize. The staff member is prepared to wait on you while you relax. They can offer any assortment of little snacks. All around it's a very cozy spot that anyone would like to rest up in. Rec RoomA staff member guards the entrance of the rec room. Like the others, they don't speak; however, a note on the door indicates that this is a "safe room": a protected area intended to keep beings with malicious or otherwise harmful intentions out. As you approach, the guard immediately steps aside, a O symbol appearing on their face. Somehow they just... knew? The room is... about what you would expect, if a little out of place for such a fancy looking place like this. There's books, video games, board games, cards, a tv, a pool table, as well as various other shelves filled with whatever recreational item you could wish for. (No drugs, unfortunately.) Other than that, this place seems pretty standa- is that a mountain of beanbag chairs?! Bathrooms.... Do you really need an introduction post for this?

The ElevatorThe elevator is the main way visitors get around the hotel, taking you up, down, sideways, diagonally, or transdimensionally through the impossibly large building. Though some buttons are labeled, others are simply marked with a ' ?,' taking you to places yet to be explored. Once a mystery button has been pressed, the label will change accordingly to its newly discovered destination. If you have no idea for where to go, the always-present staff member can offer advice, which will become increasingly needed as more floors are added to the constantly expanding building. CURRENTLY DISCOVERED FLOORSLobby:... Scroll back to the previous post, you doofus. Rooms:That... sure is a lot of doors. They're of all shapes and sizes, all impossibly close to each other and seeming to continue forever and ever. Like the keys, none of the rooms have numbers; just a sign with a name on the door... including the names of people who only just arrived. Somehow, they were expecting you. The corridor stretches further than your eyes can see, way further than the hotel should be wide, and staring too far makes you a little dizzy. How far does this go, anyway?

Terry greets the lobby floor with a loud thud/splash! he could feel how his body was shivering uncontrollably, he felt wet? was he hurt? his vision was very blurry. he raises his arm and feels the liquid inbetween his fingers, was it blood? " Oh noo...." He muttered as sighed loudly.
(( Everyone else - He is covered in icy water, not hurt. it is as if hes been floating around in freezin water, he has frost in his hair and on his pants. clearly very cold ))

Staff member: *standing beside them, clicking it's large pincers and holding out a pile of towels and a mug of a hot drink* *does nothing else but put the items down and sort of cease to be* Cal: .... Thanks. Um. Uh. Heh. *awkwardly drops a towel over his face*

Terry; *gets up and stretches his arms, then starts to pull out a small keg from his rather big backpack * Heh, I guess I drank to much and Miro went of somewhere else. Hotel you say? doesnt sound like somewhere we would usually go. To much posh and 'proper' people. * takes a big swig from the keg, and then sigh happily * THAT hit the spot! My name is Terry * He stretches his huge hand towards Cal as a greeting, the smell of strong liqour oozes from his breath*

Terry: *takes a quick swig and then puts back the keg on his backpack* So... * he frowns as he looks around the lobby * Is this place pricey? I never really hold onto possessions. Thats Miro's job, I do the heavy stuff... he plays or whatever and pays what I *coughs* break...
