For anyone curious about how a free roleplay works, it's fairly simple.
You take a few of your OCs, no matter where or when they are from or what species or race they might be, and you put them into a plain kind of environment (ie. A field, a building like a castle, or in recent case, a hotel).
And the goal is not for story but rather interaction. It's more like an out of character experiment than anything. You drop your character into this place and see how they will respond and interact with others. Typically nothing that happens in a free rp is canon to whatever other story they are from so feel free to go wild and push limits
A free rp also gives free reign for messing with characters. If things get boring you can just change their location, put them in some kind of contest, body swap them, or any other such things that might lead to strange and entertaining outcomes.
Just don't be rude to other rpers, don't control anyone else's characters, and don't break the rules posted on the notice board in the first post of Hotel Limbo. Have fun!
